Aveniq automatically counts active, enrolled students at the start of each billing cycle and bills you on that count. Students who graduate, transfer, or withdraw are excluded immediately. You never declare a number, and you never pay for inactive accounts.
Most schools we onboard migrate from spreadsheets or paper. For those moving from another system, we provide a structured import for students, classes, and parent contacts. Full migration is usually complete within 48 hours.
No. Aveniq notifications arrive on WhatsApp, SMS, and email by default. Parents who want richer features (history, calendar, messaging) can install the optional Aveniq app, but it is never required.
Every record is scoped to your school at the database level. Staff from one school cannot see another school under any circumstance. Authentication uses short-lived tokens, traffic is encrypted in transit, and the database is encrypted at rest. We maintain audit logs of every privileged action.
Yes. QR is the default for MVP because it is reliable and inexpensive. The system is built to accept RFID, NFC, and facial recognition through the same attendance pipeline when you are ready.
